Extended Access Service – Bank Receptionists

We are looking to recruit friendly, experienced and enthusiastic Receptionists with good organisation and communication skills to join our pool of bank staff working for the GP Extended Access Service based at our HUB-site of Sollershott Surgery, Letchworth Garden City.
A good telephone and face-to-face manner is essential. Previous experience of health service reception work and the SystmOne clinical IT software are advantageous. Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential at all times.
The post involves communication with patients, local GP surgeries, hospitals and colleagues to maintain an efficient and smooth-running service which operates 365 days per year.
- A range of shifts are available Monday – Sunday plus Bank Holiday
- Shifts can be booked on an adhoc basis, i.e. you do not have to commit to the same shifts each week
- Competitive enhanced fixed rates of pay for unsocial working hours (available upon request)
