You will be required to provide operational support and guidance to the Directors and Lead GP in areas such as planning, income and expenditure, human resources, patient service delivery, information technology, clinical governance, quality and performance management, health and safety and CQC compliance.
The postholder will also be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and guidance to the Practice team. With a team-focused and inclusive approach, you will be required to support and encourage the training and development of all staff and ensure excellent team-working.
If you also have the experience, willingness, vision and drive to lead the Practice in new ways of collaborative working with Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care Systems, we would be delighted to hear from you.
